Senior Photos at Allardale Park | Nora’s Medina, Ohio Senior Session. Senior year is such an exciting season of life, and Nora’s session was the perfect way to celebrate everything she’s accomplished before graduation. As a Northeast Ohio senior photographer, I love creating sessions that reflect each senior’s personality, interests, and style—and Nora absolutely nailed it.
Senior Photos Location
We met at Allardale Park in Medina, Ohio, one of my favorite locations for outdoor senior photos. The park offers beautiful walking trails, open fields, tall grasses, and seasonal wildflowers, creating a timeless backdrop that lets every senior truly shine.
Nora is both a talented cheerleader and lacrosse player, and she’ll be graduating this fall. While athletics have played a huge role in her high school experience, she wanted her senior photos to feel natural, relaxed, and stylish. The dreamy fields of tall grass and wildflowers were exactly the look she envisioned.
What to wear for Senior Photos?
One of my favorite details from her session was her footwear. Nora brought two pairs of cowgirl boots—a classic brown pair and a bold red pair that perfectly matched her school’s colors. They added so much personality to her outfits and gave her photos a fun, western-inspired touch while still feeling timeless. It’s little details like these that make every senior session unique.
When planning your senior photo outfits, choose pieces that feel like you. I always recommend bringing 2–3 outfits with a mix of casual and dressier looks, along with accessories that show off your personality—whether that’s cowgirl boots, a favorite hat, your letter jacket, or even your sports uniform. Don’t be afraid to incorporate your school colors in a subtle way, either! Thoughtfully planned outfits not only photograph beautifully but also help tell your unique story, making your senior photos feel authentic and timeless.
Throughout the evening, the soft summer light paired beautifully with the golden grasses, creating the warm, glowy look that so many seniors love. We laughed, explored the park, and captured a variety of images that truly reflect who Nora is during this exciting chapter of her life.
